In these challenging times, A3PCON with its 40 AAPI non-profit organizations as well as individual members, are striving to serve as a voice, convener, and clearing house for AAPI communities. As part of improving our internet and social media presence supported by a grant from Southern California Edison, we are setting up a new list serv which will require you to opt in. We encourage you to stay updated on A3PCON related issues. This will include community annoucements, key news items, resources and trainings. Our regular practice will be to send you no more than one message per week.

Who We Are

Established in 1976, the Asian Pacific Policy & Planning Council (A3PCON) is a coalition of agencies and individual supporters who advocate for the rights and services of the API community in Southern California; primarily in Los Angeles County.

A3PCON's work is carried out through committees and task forces whose purpose is to initiate action of major policy and planning issues in areas of health, human service, education, and culture.
